Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our oil is sourced from an old family friend based in Catalonia, Spain and is 100% Organic. The Arbequina olives are picked and milled in the first months of the harvest season, ensuring a fresh tasting, delicate and balanced oil which pairs well with any dish. After harvesting, the olives are milled within one hour, this optimises its quality and ensures that the polyphenol count remains high which is important for both the nutritional values of the oil as well as preserving its’ taste.
The oil is packed in a vacuum sealed bag with a tap at the base. This protects it from both light and oxygen, ensuring that the taste is preserved until consumption. As the oil is dispensed through the tap, the space is not replaced by oxygen, rather the bag contracts. Combined with the opacity of the bag this ensures that the two primary factors in the degradation of oil, oxidation and photo-oxidation do not occur. This delivers an oil, whenever you use it, as fresh and packed full of goodness as the day it was milled! The bag sits in a hand crafted bamboo box, specifically designed to last and fit onto your kitchen surface.

The Balsamic is sourced from a small family owned business based in Modena, Italy. The 1.34 measurement refers to the vinegar’s density, which is 34% more than that of water, resulting in a rich, viscous product. The Balsamic comes in an elegant glass bottle and is available to purchase individually or with all 3 other products.
Tellicherry Pepper & Tancredi Pepper Mill
Grown along the Malabar coast in Kerala, India; Telicherry pepper is globally considered the highest quality peppercorn there is. The peppercorns have citrus, fruity & woody notes along with a sweet side to their profile derived from being left on the vine for longer than usual to ripen.
The Tancredi Pepper Mill is crafted in Italy and was designed by a leading global designer & friend. The outer body is made of smooth beech wood and the grinding mechanism of tempered steel. It is meticulously collected from the finest upper salt layers on the unique marshes of the French Atlantic island of the Île de Ré. Due to its high levels of magnesium and calcium, it brings a subtle oceanic and mineral flavour to any dish it is used on. Left to be dried solely through the sun’s rays, Fleur de Sel is also one of the most sustainable salts out there, using no artificial energy to evaporate the seawater.
We have designed the salt pot with sustainability and practicality in mind. The salt pot has a lid which ensures that the moisture present in the salt is maintained so that the crystals do not group together with over-exposure to air.
