- Organic - our groves are separated from the sea by the Prades mountains. This results in dryer air meaning pathogens can't thrive, so we can farm without the use of chemical pesticides and fungicides!
- Regeneratively farmed - we use a whole range of techniques to ensure the preservation of our ecosystem's health
- Temperature controlled - we mill the olives at 24 degrees to ensure the perfect balance between flavour expression, nutrition preservation, and oil extraction
- Very high in Polyphenols (600mg/kg) - we know how important they are. Ensuring a good conversion of them from the olive into the oil is a top priority,
- Vacuum packaged to maintain freshness - there is no point creating a great oil if it isn't packaged right!
