The ceramic oil jug is made by hand just a few hours north of the olive groves in Catalonia. It has a volume of around 250ml, 1/3rd of the size of our olive oil pouches.
The jug is designed specifically to hold a minimal amount of oil, with the idea that any oil inside won't be sat for a long duration. Therefore ensuring that the quality of oil should not have a chance to degrade over lots of time.
The jug comes with a cork pourer for accurate drizzling control.
