The Discovery subscription is a rotating subscription where each month you try a different oil each time to work out your preference. If you decide that you prefer one you can stick to that.
The first order comes with a free wooden dispenser. Thereafter you will receive the oil in this order: Arbequina: (Floral, grassy, peppery), Koroneiki: (Bitter, pungent, peppery), Lecciana: (Herbaceous, balanced, delicate).
All of these oils are organic, regeneratively farmed and very high in polyphenols (435mg/kg, 600mg/kg, 400mg/kg respectively)
